Silverstorn.com ships orders in SoColissimo.
Your order is shipped within 2 working days maximum (except in case of out of stock).
When your order is shipped, an email will notify you.
You will also receive an e-mail confirming the delivery address as well as the reference of your package so that you can follow it live on the SoColissmo site.
The package is delivered to you at the address indicated and, in case of absence, delivered to the post office where you can collect it.
If the package is received open or damaged, make reservations with your postman or your post office by writing clearly on the acknowledgment of receipt “damaged package – reservations made” where you must sign.
Satisfied or refunded
If you are not fully satisfied with your order or if the size of the item you ordered does not suit you, log on to the site and access your account to complete the return process. Then send your item by SoColissimo with tracking and delivery against signature.
Upon receipt of your package, Silverstorn.com will send you the desired item in exchange (you do not repay the postage, the second shipment is at our expense) or its refund.
The conditions of return validity:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of package.
- The item should preferably be returned in the original box.
In the event that the original carton is not reusable, use a reinforced carton of the same size as the original carton.
- The item must not have been worn, only tried on, and must bear all original labels for the return to be accepted.
- The item must be in perfect condition and folded in the original packaging to avoid wrinkles. It must be surrounded by the plastic wrap.
- The package must be sent by Post followed with delivery against signature. Keep the receipt of the shipment with the package number in case of loss or theft.
